Lean Six Sigma Course Information for 2024 - 2025

SRHC's Lean Academy Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, and Yellow Belt courseware has been designed to teach Lean Six Sigma (LSS) fundamentals and its application. It is intended for part time improvement team project leaders. Students are trained and tested on their understanding and ability to apply the tools and techniques of all elements of the LSS methodology. As part of the SRHC's Production System (SRPS) methodology, students are taught how to integrate Lean Six Sigma into an overall approach to process improvement and project management.

Training is conducted using various formats (a blend of on line and interactive using scheduled Zoom meetings, totally in-person) that include examples of successful performance improvement, interactive simulations, and the most current and robust tools and techniques available.

Black Belt

Take your career to the next level with Black Belt certification and training from SRHC. With Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification you will be qualified to lead project teams and manage process improvement initiatives. If this is an interest of yours contact us for more information.

Green Belt

Students are trained and tested on their understanding and ability to apply the tools and techniques of all elements of the LSS methodology. As part of the SRHC's Production System (SRPS) methodology, students are taught how to integrate Lean Six Sigma into an overall approach to process improvement and project management. Green Belt Training is available via YouTube with weekly instructor touch points. There is a series of videos and weekly Zoom calls for 8 wks. In addition to on line, SRHC also offers an in-person GB course taught in our Lean Learning Center in the Salina Medical Arts Building (SMAB). This course is eight, 4hr classes over a 2-month period of time. Green Belt includes an end of course exam.

Yellow Belt

SRHC's Lean Academy Lean Yellow Belt (YB) course has been designed to teach Lean/Salina Regional Production System (SRPS) fundamentals and its application. Students are trained and tested on their understanding and ability to apply the tools and techniques of select elements of the SRPS methodology.

We offer YB completely in-person and via YouTube. The in-person course is a one-day, fun, fast paced course taught in our Lean Learning Center by a Master Black Belt. The YouTube based Yellow Belt is 6 modules followed by mandatory discussion with our Master Black Belt.
